All our quoted prices are in £ sterling and include VAT at the current rate of 17.5%
We reserve the right to change any price subject to the current market conditions on availability of stock.
We accept Paypal payments online but if you do not wish to purchase online please send details of your order, your name, address and contact details (contact information below) and we can arrange payment by the following methods:
Postal orders, UK cheques with full information on the reverse, or you may phone through your card information to the shop to be entered in to our secure card machine. We accept as card payment: Visa, Mastercard, Switch/Maestro, Solo, American Express and Electron.
Products listed are normally in stock and where possible we will note any delays in getting them in, Should a product be unavailable at the time of your order we will advise immediately and offer the choice to wait for it to come in to stock, take an alternative or have a refund issued.
Delivery
Packages are sent by First Class Recorded post where possible and larger items will be sent with Parcel Force.
We reserve the right to a 14 day delivery policy although your order should arrive within 5 days, please allow for bank holidays and weekends (the shop is closed on Sundays) our normal postal days are Tuesday to Saturday, last mail run is Saturday at 12:00pm and the mail is collected from the post office at 5pm each weekday, 12:30 Saturday.
Heavy products
Due to the weight of some products we are unable to cover the large excess of postage, so those items have a set increase in price to cover this. which is stated on each item.
Returns
We will gladly exchange or refund any unused product if you return the item to us within 28 days of receipt. You can either bring it to the shop or send the items back to us unused, in their original packaging with labels attached, together with a covering letter explaining your requirements if sending. please E-mail or Phone for help and advice. This does not affect you statutory rights. If you are returning a faulty item, please return it clean as we are unable to accept any soiled items.

If Peter Cockwill is out of the country escorting a fishing trip his daughter Fiona will be on hand at the shop and on-line to deal with your enquiries Tuesday to Saturday (by e-mail over the weekend). The shop is open on monday Ken can help with general product enquiries but has no information on on-line orders or the web site.
